Darren Bok, CAI, CAS
OWNER/BROKER/AUCTIONEER
Born and raised near Farmer, OH, Darren continued his love of agriculture by graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Ag Business. He then obtained his auctioneer and real estate licenses to pursue his dream of becoming a full-time auctioneer. After working with other auctioneers and brokers for a few years, Darren created United Edge Real Estate & Auction Co. in 2018 and has been running strong ever since.
Darren is a member of the National Auctioneer Association and the Ohio Auctioneer’s Association, and maintains his auctioneer licenses in Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.
In his spare time, Darren enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters at local sporting events and cattle shows across the country.
Kevin Gray
ASSOCIATE BROKER
Kevin grew up in the real estate and auction profession as a lifelong resident of West Unity, Ohio. He earned an associate of applied business degree in Real Estate Technology from the University of Toledo and then furthered his degree with a BS in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kevin has been a licensed Realtor since 1994 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998. Having worked in the real estate, auction, appraisal, banking and insurance industries, Kevin has very extensive knowledge that covers a broad area of the business. Kevin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing a little golf and assisting where he can with various organizations.
Ryan Ruble
AUCTIONEER/REAL ESTATE AGENT
Ryan grew up in Williams County and graduated from The Ohio State University. He has been a licensed auctioneer since 2017 and currently maintains his Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Texas and Florida auction licenses. He received his real estate license in 2019 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.
Ryan fills his free time by spending time with his beautiful wife, Kimmy, and producing beans and corn on their farm. He looks forward to bringing buyers and sellers together by offering them a variety of marketing options - from traditional real estate listings to live and online auctions. As a local landowner and farmer, Ryan looks forward to sharing his knowledge and understanding of real estate, farmland and farm equipment with both buyers and sellers.
Bart Westfall
AUCTIONEER/ASSOCIATE BROKER/LICENSED APPRAISER
Bart started his career in 1980 by learning from and working for his father, Ben, and has been serving the Auction & Real Estate needs of the tri-state area full time ever since. He has been a licensed auctioneer since 1981, obtained his Real Estate agent/broker license in 1984 and received his Real Estate appraiser’s license in 1985. Bart is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and Northwest Ohio Realtors.
Bart and his wife Terri have raised their 4 children in Williams County and continue to live here today while being involved in many activities.

Kim Herman
OFFICE MANAGER
You will find Kim performing a variety of tasks, but she is the main voice on the phone when you call into our office. She manages the office and makes sure things are running smoothly throughout each auction or real estate transaction.
When Kim is not in the office or working at an auction, she helps her husband and children on the family farm, enjoys watching her daughter play sports, and volunteers with the local 4-H program.
Shellie Thiel
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Shellie provides support in our office as well as helping with setup, cashiering, and loading out live and online auctions.
Another Williams County native, Shellie was originally from West Unity, but has made Edgerton her home for the last 29 years. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors - gardening, mowing, or just spending time with her husband. She also enjoys sewing and canning produce from her garden.
Clair Vollmer
AUCTION LOGISTICS
Born & raised near Edgerton, OH, Clair has vast knowledge of farm toys and farm equipment. In his free time, his focus is on his Allis Chalmers collection, spending time with family & catching a few rounds of golf. Clair helps with cataloging, clerking & other auction day tasks.
Roberta Wehrle
AUCTION LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
Roberta is our primary cataloger and logistics coordinator for our auction events. She helps with the preparation & load out for our online auctions and can also be found clerking or helping with the cashier table/trailer.
In her free time she enjoy camping with her husband and spending time with her grandkids.
Mike Goebel
AUCTION LOGISTICS
Mike helps behind the scenes of our auction events including assisting with cataloging & logistics of live auctions. In his free time, he volunteers for the local fire department and enjoys spending time with his family.
Mickey Hearne
AUCTION CLERK/CASHIER
Mickey helps us with our live auctions where you can often find her clerking or assisting customers at the cashier table/trailer.
In her spare time, she and her husband share the responsibilities of their crop & cattle farm and they both enjoy watching the grandkids at their sporting events.
