No buyers' premium. Items sold as is, where is. No warranties expressed or implied. Items are described to best ability of the auction company and based on the information provided by the consignor.
Payment due at conclusion of auction via credit card (4% processing fee), wire transfer ($25 processing fee), or certified check delivered to office or mailed with tracking provided within 48 hours of auction end. No items released until payment in full has been received. No partial payments, no chargebacks.
Items are to be removed BY APPOINTMENT within 10 days of auction end or $25 per day storage fees may be applied. Buyer responsible for all shipping logistics including scheduling & rigging.
